Lantern Bay is a 6-month seasonal resort open from May 1st to October 31st and offers a sandy beach, two pools, marina, boat launch, sports court, playground, gym, walking trails, watercraft rentals, community events, and more. The seasonal fee of $16,015 + HST includes lot fees, hydro, water, sewer, grounds maintenance, resort activities, watercraft rentals, and full access to resort amenities. Owners are responsible only for propane and internet. HST is not applicable to the sale of the unit. Starting in 2026, private rentals will be permitted under specific resort rules and regulations, providing added flexibility and potential income opportunities (ask for details).
